Instructor Bio

Nick Jr. is a real estate agent, investor, and educator with a Master’s degree in Education and a focus on applying AI in real estate practice. He has taught high school science, led faculty workshops on ethical AI use, and developed practical frameworks for responsible technology adoption. In real estate, he works with clients on investment strategy and creative deal structuring. By combining his background in education, small business ownership, and AI integration, Nick Jr. helps professionals use emerging tools to communicate more effectively, think strategically, and deliver better results for their clients.

Nick is an investor, qualifying broker, and expert in commercial real estate with extensive experience in development, management, syndications, and investment counseling. He has also owned small businesses and has extensive experience in the daily management of retail and service businesses, and has served as President of several service organizations. Nick is a member of the Society of Exchange Counselors, a highly regarded group of real estate professionals who are focused on solving clients' problems and providing national exposure to market clients' real estate properties and needs.
