Instructor Bio
Nick is an investor, qualifying broker, and expert in commercial real estate with extensive experience in development, management, syndications, and investment counseling. He has also owned small businesses and has extensive experience in the daily management of retail and service businesses, and has served as President of several service organizations. Nick is a member of the Society of Exchange Counselors, a highly regarded group of real estate professionals who are focused on solving clients' problems and providing national exposure to market clients' real estate properties and needs.
