With decades of experience in development, re-positioning, management, syndications, and investment counseling, Nick provides clients with strategic insights to help navigate the intricacies of the market.
Beyond real estate, Nick has successfully owned and managed small businesses in the retail and service sectors. He has volunteered in various service organizations, including serving as President for: National Ice Hockey Officials Association (NIHOA), Greater Capital Chapter of New York State Commercial Association of REALTORS ® (NYSCAR), Plattsburgh Lions Club, and Plattsburgh Youth Hockey.
As a member of the Society of Exchange Counselors (SEC), a distinguished group of approximately 100 highly skilled investment brokers nationwide, Nick is part of one of the most reputable and nationally connected real estate networks, renowned for their expertise in creative problem-solving and investment strategies. With a rich background in education, Nick Jr. has taught high school students Chemistry, contributed to the development of ethical guidelines for the responsible use of generative AI for faculty, and led professional development workshops aimed at equipping educators with practical, implementable strategies. His ability to teach and guide others translates seamlessly into helping clients navigate the complexities of the real estate market.

Beyond real estate, Nick Jr. has successfully owned and managed a small business in the health and wellness sector, where he honed his entrepreneurial skills and developed a strong focus on client well-being. He also has a long history of involvement in sports, having served as a coach for high school soccer, track and field, and ice hockey. Additionally, he has been an ice hockey official for many years, demonstrating his commitment to leadership and teamwork.
